We see complaints as an opportunity to improve our preschool activities.
Complaints’ management is a way to:
• strengthen parents’ and guardians’ influence
• expand the dialogue with parents and guardians
• quickly and easily correct shortcomings in the preschool activity
• increase and enhance the credibility and legitimacy of the preschool activity by demonstrating that we take feedback seriously.
If you as a parent have any complaint about our preschool activities, please, use the following working procedure:
At Butterfly Preschool AB, we encourage any comments/complaints about the preschool activities or its staff should be taken up directly with this/those it may concern. If you, after contacting the staff, still have complaints, we would like you to contact the department’s team leader, you can also do if you for some reason do not personally want to contact the person with whom the complaint concerns .
The team leader receives your complaint and contacts the person concerned or the work team to get their views on the issue.
The team leader is responsible for monitoring / feedback within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied after steps 1 and 2, contact the preschool director.
If the complaint is not resolved by the pre-school director.
If you think that the preschool is not fulfilling its mission, contact the Stockholm municipality which has the responsibility to verify that the private preschools follow the laws and regulations.

The preschool’s form for complaints’ management should be used already from step 1.
